Service Fees
Non-Refundable: All service fees paid to Onixe LLC for the management of short-term rental properties, including but not limited to listing creation, guest communication, booking management, and property maintenance, are non-refundable. Once a service is provided or initiated, it is considered final and non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund Eligibility: In the event of a service failure on our part, such as a failure to manage bookings as agreed, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Contact Email] within 30 days of the incident.
Refund Process
- Assessment: Upon receiving a refund request, we will assess the situation and determine eligibility. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
No Refunds for Canceled Reservations
Onixe LLC does not provide refunds for reservations canceled by guests or property owners. Any cancellation fees or penalties imposed by platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com will be the responsibility of the property owner.
