Delivery Policy

Onixe LLC provides management services for short-term rental properties, and as such, we do not deliver physical goods. However, this Delivery Policy outlines how and when our services are provided.

Service Initiation

  • Service Start Date: Our services typically begin on the agreed-upon start date as outlined in the service contract. This includes the listing creation, guest communication setup, and other property management tasks.
  • Timeline: Most services are initiated within 1-3 business days after the agreement is finalized and payment is received.

Service Delivery

  • Ongoing Services: Our services are delivered continuously as part of ongoing property management. This includes monitoring bookings, communicating with guests, and maintaining the property.
  • Service Completion: Certain one-time services, such as listing creation or specific maintenance tasks, will be completed within the time-frame specified in the contract.

Geographic Coverage

  • Service Area: Our services are currently available to property owners located within the United States, Canada & Australia. Specific locations may be subject to availability.
  • Remote Services: Some services, such as guest communication and booking management, can be provided remotely, regardless of the property’s location.
